OSU Youth and Community Orchestra

The OSU Youth and Community Orchestra is a full symphony consisting of strings, woodwinds, brass, and percussion sections. Repertoire includes many standard masterworks expertly arranged for educational ensembles, as well as original compositions and contemporary works. The orchestra is conducted by OSU faculty member Dr. Thomas Taylor Dickey.

We are moving to an in-person format for Spring 2021.  Masks will be required and we will practice social distancing.  Rehearsals will take place on Monday evenings 6:30-8.  Each rehearsal will be broken into two sessions with time in between to air out the rehearsal room.  If you have questions about our social distancing plan, please reach out to Dr. Dickey directly: Thomas.dickey@okstate.edu
